Ghostrunner -PS5- 9

I have finally conquered the beast that is Ghostrunner for ps5. My god, this game was difficult. After each level, they tell you how many times you died, I would die anywhere from 150 to 200 times in each of the 17 levels, so i must have died around 3000 times during my playthrough. It’s a bit like Bucky Ohare on nes where it’s punishingly difficult, but the game is very generous with checkpoints. Even still, this game required some serious skill, practice, and reflexes on my part. I absolutely loved it! If you’re a hardcore gamer, you owe it to yourself to play this brilliant platformer. The controls were razor sharp, the futuristic club music and setting got me pumped, and this was some of the tightest platforming around. If you love elaborate, challenging parkour and platforming (such as Super Mario Galaxy 2 or Prince of Persia sands of time), then this is the perfect game for you. It’s like Mirror’s edge, but way harder. It may not be for everyone, but it was a hell of a ride for me. I’d give it a 9 out of ten.
