Portal 2 -PS3- 8.5

I just beat Portal 2’s single player campaign. I thought it was really good. A lot of the puzzles were very hard, and I had to use a bit of help from YouTube to crack them. The voice acting and characters were great. The two competing computer personalities were very funny and memorable, and they kept me wanting to see what would happen next. As far as I can tell, the only connection this game has to Half Life is when the guy on the loud speaker says, “Screw Black Mesa”. Did I miss something? I remember hearing this game was connected to the Half life games more. I’d rate portal 2 an 8.5 out of ten. How is the co-op portion of this game? I heard it continues the story further.
