Returnal -PS5- 10

Three days ago, I “sort-of” beat Returnal, but I used the save scum cheat on biome 5. I wasn’t satisfied, so I erased my save data (42 hours logged), and started a fresh playthrough, because I’m hardcore like that. Well, over the last three days, I was able to reach the end in just 9 hours and beat the game without cheating! Damn, my skills got better! Now I can officially say I have beaten Returnal. And, I can officially place it in my top 5 hardest games I’ve legit beaten. The other four (in no particular order) are Battletoads, TMNT, Journey to Silius, and Nioh. Anyway, back to Returnal…yes, I definitely give this game a 10, as it was one of the most satisfying games I’ve ever experienced. The feeling of reaching the end of this epic journey reminded me of the feelings I had when I beat Ecco the Dolphin as a kid. Games like this stick with me. This is the killer app for Ps5!
