Shadow of the Tomb Raider -PS4- 8.5

I just beat Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Despite hearing mixed reviews before playing it, I think I liked this one the best of the reboot trilogy! I have not played “Rise” in over a year, nor the 2013 game in probably three years, but “Shadow” makes me want to replay the whole trilogy all over again. I have to rate Shadow at least an 8.5, if not higher. It’s at least as good as the other two, if not better. I liked that there was less combat and more parkour, swimming, and spelunking. The little bits of stealth were really fun and challenging, too. And the story was really entertaining and made me feel involved in the competing factions trying to find the ancient box and dagger. This was a very satisfying end to the trilogy. Oh, and the graphics were gorgeous. It looked almost like it could be released now as a PS5 game. I am definitely going to have to go back and do the extra side missions and replay the entire trilogy at some point. The Tomb Raider reboot trilogy are great games.
