Split/Second -PS3- 8.5

I just finished the single player campaign for “Split/Second”, a 2010 racing game for PlayStation 3. I had a great time. It’s a super fast arcade-style racer with destructible environments, which kind of reminded me of Twisted Metal Black...but as a racing game. I just love racers like this, that focus on speed and exhilaration, and show damage on the cars when you crash (games like Burnout 3&4 and NFS: Hot Pursuit 2...not boring ones like Gran Turismo). Most of the events had good challenge, and the campaign was lengthy, too. I’d rate this at least an 8.5.
