I just finished Trauma Team for the Wii! I thought it was very good. This is the first Trauma Center game I’ve played, but I did pick up the other two Wii installments last week, so I will eventually play those as well. Anyway, this was a lengthy adventure, clocking in at 28 hours for me to finish on resident (normal) difficulty. The motion controls are excellent, and this is such a cool idea of a Wii game. The diagnoses with Gabriel felt like a bit of a chore, but the other four doctors that do surgeries were great to play. And the forensics with Naomi almost felt out of place at first, but she eventually played a critical part in the story. And it was fun solving the crimes with her anyway. Again, the other four characters that had you doing surgeries were easily the game’s strong suit. The surgeries are tense and really make you feel the sense of urgency while working with the patients. Furthermore, the comicbook-style cutscenes gave each segment a good sense of purpose towards the overall plot. I am giving Trauma Team an 8 out of ten.
