Ico-PS2- 8.5

I just finished “Ico” for PlayStation 2. I’ve been meaning to play this since it came out in 2001, but that was a stacked year. Anyway, I liked Ico a lot. 8.5 out of ten. Shadow of the Colossus was better, but this was still very good for the development team’s first game. It had a unique gameplay idea for the time with guiding another character through levels. And the quiet, artful nature of the game was really focused and well done. Good puzzles and world design, too. Eventually I need to play through The Last Guardian.
